These policies protect both client and artist time, ensure fairness, and uphold DCPC’s professional standards. By booking, you agree to the following terms.
BOOKING & STUDIO POLICIES
-
A 100% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session.
This secures dedicated time in the studio that is set aside exclusively for you.
The deposit is not returned under any circumstances.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
You may reschedule once if you provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
With proper notice, your deposit simply transfers to the new date.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, late arrivals, or missed appointments result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
These policies protect the studio’s time and ensure each client receives the preparation and attention their appointment requires.
-
For everyone’s comfort and safety, no guests are allowed in the studio during appointments. This includes friends, partners, and family members. The studio is a licensed procedure space, and Belmont Board of Health Body Art Regulations require that operator areas remain controlled, sanitary, and used only for the client receiving the procedure (Section 5A4). To stay compliant, I can only have one client in the procedure area at a time. Any guests must remain in the waiting room. Thank you for understanding.
If you are ill or symptomatic, reschedule. Arriving sick will result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
No eating or drinking is permitted inside the studio.
Arrive alone and on time — the studio is sterile and designed for focus and safety.
