DCPC is committed to a website experience that's usable by everyone. The goal is to meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines for accessibility and review new content for clarity and contrast.
- Implemented: logical heading structure and keyboard-navigable menus; alt text on imagery and descriptive link labels; color contrast reviewed against AA targets; form fields with clear labels and error states; motion and animation kept subtle and optional.
- Ongoing improvements: DCPC audits new pages before publishing and periodically reviews legacy content for contrast, labels, and keyboard focus. Third-party apps are also reviewed for accessible behaviors where configurable.
