Maintenance

For existing DCPC clients.

THE PURPOSE

Preserve The Read

Brows do not stay frozen. Skin changes. Biology changes. Color settles. Life happens.

This is not about chasing a freshly done look. It is about keeping the work stable, believable, and in proportion with the face as it changes. Maintenance exists to keep the work reading clearly without overbuilding the face.

Maintenance is not automatic. It is not filler. It is not “just a touch-up.” Every maintenance session begins with evaluation: what is still working, what has shifted, what can be left alone, and what truly needs support.

Sometimes the best maintenance decision is to do less. Sometimes it is to wait. Sometimes it is to fade.

Direct maintenance booking is reserved for existing DCPC clients. If your last brow work was done elsewhere, begin with Consultation & Facial Mapping.

  4. 9-12 Months

    $850

Check Availability 9-12 Months (opens in a new window)
  5. +12 Months

For clients returning 12 months or longer since their last appointment. This is not booked as a standard touch-up.

Over time, brow tattoos can fade unevenly, migrate/blur, become over-saturated in the skin, and shift cooler/ashy.

Before any work is performed, your brows require an in-person assessment to determine what the skin can safely and predictably accept.

Same-day credit: If a procedure is performed the day of the appointment the assessment fee is applied toward the total.

PIGMENT FADING

A controlled service designed to reduce overall saturation or selectively lift density so brows remain defined, balanced, and wearable long-term. A fine saline and citrus-based solution is introduced to stimulate the body’s natural response and encourage gradual lightening. Full removal is not guaranteed.

EMERGENCY FADING

If you are unhappy with freshly implanted brows, Emergency Fading may help. When performed within 48 hours, newly implanted pigment can often be partially lifted before it fully settles into the skin. This service is time-sensitive. Results vary based on skin response and pigment depth. This service is open to non-DCPC clients, as well.

Frequently Asked

Common Questions

Why is maintenance necessary?

Brows do not stay frozen. Skin changes. Biology changes. Color settles. Life happens. Maintenance keeps the work stable, believable, and in proportion with the face as it changes — without overbuilding.

How often should I come in?

Results vary, but DCPC consistently sees many clients benefit from refinement or partial rebuild after 9–12 months. Tiered maintenance pricing is based on time since your last DCPC appointment.

What if I stop getting touch-ups?

If you stop getting touch-ups, pigment continues to fade, lose definition, and shift. The color of the work may fade warmer or cooler depending on biology, pigment chemistry, and lifestyle choices.

Why was my first session intentionally conservative?

The first session is intentionally conservative because the first time we work together, your skin and your body are still unknown to me. Healing response, pigment retention, and how your face moves through the work are all data we collect during the first cycle. It is easier to add than it is to remove.

DCPC's process includes thorough intake and high-level follow-up. Every appointment is treated like the first, because bodies are constantly changing. That is the standard — especially with personalized pre-care, aftercare, and ongoing follow-up.

The Signature includes the first session plus the first touch-up within the required 4–6 week timeframe, which is when we begin building on what your face actually accepted.

Is direct maintenance booking available for all clients?

Direct maintenance booking is reserved for existing DCPC clients. Non-DCPC clients who attempt to book maintenance directly will have the appointment cancelled, with the deposit refunded minus a small administrative fee to cover Stripe processing charges.

If your last brow work was done elsewhere, begin with Consultation & Facial Mapping under the Harmonization pathway.
